2. Download and fill out the loyal customer promotion form. Include the MAC address of your existing Safe@Office 100/200/400W appliance and the MAC address of the new Safe@Office 500/500W. You must be the legal owner of both appliances.

3. Fax a copy of your completed offer form to one of the fax numbers listed in the form.

4. You can still continue to use your existing Safe@Office 100/200/400W.
